There was a big problem with the Fillmore's regularly scheduled taperssection on Friday that created lots of drama & seriously detracted from my enjoyment of the show (not that the show was bad, my mind was just stuck in a bad place for some of it). Having not been in attendance I was unaware of the dedication and kind words that Jeff had for our friend Sandy Alexander. It brought tears to my eyes, right here at my desk at work. One of my fond memories of Sandy was at a YMSB show in Stateline, NV South Lake Tahoe. Sandy was taping. I just dug hanging out in his space after a day of skiing. Anyone who met him knows what an awesome giant of a man he was. He always made everyone I saw around him feel welcome.
